Give yourself time and space to:

- Slow down, get more grounded and re-find your balance
- Think about what drives you and build self confidence.
- Connect with like minded people.
The chill out hubs will be used for smaller group work during the retreat and full access to land and woodland is accessible for individual exploration.
A ‘what to bring’ list and detailed itinerary will be provided after booking.
